Real Wedding Story -- Katie and John

On October 6th, 2007, I had the pleasure of assisting Katie and John with their wedding. Both the ceremony and reception were held at the beautiful Ribault Club. Katie had chosen an elegant bugundy and ivory color scheme, and we were able to really carry this look through in her florals and table decor.

An outdoor ceremony was planned beneath the club's "Wedding Tree," but rainy weather threatened to change the plans.

As the morning progressed, the skies got bluer and bluer, so we made the call to go ahead and set-up chairs outside.

Unfortunately, the rain did come, forcing the ceremony indoors. But it held off long enough for photographer Melissa Posey to get some fantastic shots! It's a good thing both Katie and John were up for doing their pictures before the ceremony, or all the shots would have been inside, due to the weather.

Here are some of the pictures from the day. Thanks so much to Melissa Posey Photography for allowing the use of these images! Enjoy.
